Nicole Benton

Nicole builds dynamic, values-led partnerships that help employers embed diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging into their workplace cultures.

Since January 2023, she has also served as a Trustee at Feeling Social, supporting digital-first Mental Health First Aid and resilience training for youth practitioners, charities, and businesses across the UK.

Her career spans creative and impact-driven projects – from designing life-saving medical aid campaigns for Syrian NGOs to remixing field recordings with record labels and sub-Saharan African communities into music for social change. She has marketed fine wine and vegan burgers, and led the Client Solutions division at a global DEI consultancy.

Nicole holds a first-class degree in Business Management with Integrated Marketing and spends her free time DJing, travelling, and learning to cook different cuisines.
