Rob Sanders leads the design, development, deployment and quality assurance of the Onvero’s high-quality training programs for members and clients. With a career dedicated to people development, Rob brings a wealth of experience across HR, learning and development, DEI, and strategic leadership.
Rob has held senior roles in renowned organisations in the retail, hospitality, leisure, and aviation sectors – including The Walt Disney Company, Haven Holidays, Butlins, Center Parcs, easyJet, and TUI Thomson Airways. His passion lies in engaging and empowering individuals, with a particular focus on wellbeing and DEI strategy.
Rob’s achievements in his career include leading the training operation for the launch of Center Parcs’ Woburn Forest Holiday Village, where he successfully onboarded over 1,600 new colleagues. In aviation, he had the opportunity to lead the cabin crew and pilot safety training at easyJet, ensuring over 7,000 crew members received industry-leading mandatory safety instruction, which led to some of Rob’s product developments becoming accredited by the UK Aviation Authority.
He studied the psychology of learning and is a qualified practitioner delivering behavioural leadership coaching using behavioural profiling products to support individuals in their careers. Rob also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Learning & Performance Institute, contributing his expertise to the advancement of learning and development practices across the sector.
