Will Griffiths

Will is an experienced executive assistant, having previously worked in healthcare, local government, and the private sector. His role allows him to support in a number of areas across the organisation. He is passionate about improving the way in which we work, an initiative driven by his time working in the NHS during the COVID pandemic.

He is also a qualified counsellor & psychotherapist, with a diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Counselling.

In his spare time Will is a keen runner, and has completed marathons and half marathons alike, raising money for Epilepsy Action, Samaritans and Tommy’s.
