25 March - 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

This Women’s History Month, we’re building on the momentum of International Women’s Day by focusing on meaningful action. Our session will explore how allyship in all its forms can drive lasting change and foster a culture of inclusion. Together, we will explore practical ways to support colleagues, challenge bias, and remove barriers, equipping everyone with the confidence and tools to make gender equity a part of everyday working life. This is about partnership and collective action, ensuring progress is shared and sustained across the organisation.
What’s on the agenda?
During this session, we will focus on:
-
Understanding the role of active allyship in creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace where women can succeed.
-
Identifying practical, everyday actions to champion gender equity and support female colleagues.
- Learning how to move past uncertainty and engage in constructive, confident conversations.
- Creating a toolkit for challenging bias and systemic barriers in a professional and positive way.
This event is open to everyone, whether you are a member or not, and is completely free to attend.
