About TIDE and TIDEmark
TIDE is Onvero’s self-assessment evaluation and benchmarking tool. It measures an organisation’s approach and progress on diversity and inclusion. TIDE supports flexible and inclusive management of D&I, moving away from strand-specific language and approach, allowing organisations to focus on the areas that will make the most difference. It evaluates D&I activities and outcomes with geographic and legislative differences.
All TIDE entries are benchmarked against all other entries each year in the TIDEmark. The best entries are awarded bronze, silver, and gold TIDE awards.
