Onvero has announced the results of the TIDE 2025 (Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation) Awards, recognising organisations across the UK for their commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
With 180 submissions received, the level of engagement remains strong, highlighting the ongoing importance of this work. This year’s benchmarking represents a significant milestone, as it was delivered through a completely new platform. The successful transition to this new approach demonstrates the strength and adaptability of participating organisations, many of which embraced the change and submitted high-quality entries.
This year’s benchmarking also coincides with the launch of Onvero’s new brand identity and vision. TIDE 2025 was designed to align with the direction of Onvero, the new name for Onvero, and reflects a renewed commitment to supporting employers in creating inclusive workplaces.
TIDE remains a robust self-assessment tool, enabling organisations to evaluate their DEI activities against a comprehensive framework. Gold, silver, and bronze are awarded based on performance across eight categories.
Sandi Wassmer, CEO of Onvero, shared her reflections, “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved this year. Transitioning to a new platform is no small feat, and the quality of submissions speaks volumes about the dedication of our members. Congratulations to all of the gold, silver, and bronze award winners. Your work continues to inspire and drive meaningful change across the sector.”

About Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) and TIDEMark
Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) is Onvero’s self-assessment evaluation and benchmarking tool. It measures an organisation’s approach and progress on diversity and inclusion. TIDE supports flexible and inclusive management of D&I, moving away from strand-specific language and approach, allowing organisations to focus on the areas that will make the most difference. It evaluates D&I activities and outcomes based on geographic and legislative differences. All TIDE entries are benchmarked against all other entries each year in the TIDEMark. The best entries are awarded bronze, silver, and gold TIDE awards.
