About Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) and TIDEmark
Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) is Onvero’s self-assessment evaluation and benchmarking tool. It measures an organisation’s approach and progress on diversity and inclusion. TIDE supports flexible and inclusive management of D&I, moving away from strand specific language and approach, allowing organisations to focus on the areas that will make the most difference. It evaluates D&I activities and outcomes with geographic and legislative differences.
All TIDE entries are benchmarked against all other entries each year in the TIDEmark. The best entries are awarded bronze, silver, and gold TIDE awards.
The evaluation and benchmarking report in TIDE is generated from a self-assessment completed by employers and is based on the organisation’s own policies, processes and practices. The report, and the TIDEMark annual benchmark is not based on Onvero’s detailed assessment of an organisation’s approach to cultivating a positive and inclusive culture. TIDE does not collect, verify or represent individual employee experiences of working at the employer organisation, and they should not be interpreted as a direct measure of staff satisfaction, culture or lived experience.
