- Brew Monday – Held each year on the third Monday in January, the Samaritans’ Brew Monday campaign prompts individuals to reach out and support others by sharing a cuppa and offering to listen.
International Self-Care Day – This campaign aims to raise awareness of the importance of self-care and provides people with the knowledge and ability to be active participants in their own wellness.
International Stress Awareness Week – International Stress Awareness Week was created in 2018 as an annual event that focuses on stress management and campaigns against the stigma associated with stress and mental health issues.
International Week of Happiness at Work – During this week, everyone is invited to put the topic on the agenda of their organisation and start to make the change to a happier workplace.
Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week – This campaign is dedicated to talking about mental illness during and after pregnancy.
Mental Health Awareness Week – Mental Health Awareness Week is a UK campaign to educate the public about mental health issues and promote better mental health.
My Whole Self Day – Observed on the second Tuesday in March, My Whole Self Day is meant to empower each employee to bring their whole self to work.
National Work Life Week – National Work Life Week is an opportunity for employers and employees to focus on wellbeing at work and work-life balance.
Samaritans Awareness Day – Each year on 24 July (24/7), the Samaritans promotes its Talk To Us campaign to raise awareness that volunteers are available 24/7.
Stress Awareness Day – The first Wednesday in November recognises the physical and mental effects of stress.
Stress Awareness Month – Stress Awareness Month has been held every April since 1992 to raise awareness of the modern stress epidemic.
Time to Talk Day – Time to Talk Day is a day dedicated to conversations about mental health.
World Meditation Day – World Meditation Day is observed annually on 21 May as a time to reflect on mental and spiritual wellbeing.
World Mental Health Day – Organised by the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH), World Mental Health Day aims to raise public awareness of the importance of mental health.
World Suicide Prevention Day – This World Health Organisation observance is dedicated to doing everything possible to raise awareness of the causes of suicide and ways to prevent it.
